RPALOA.com is a resource website that hosts all letters of authenticity issued by Robert Poll (Poll Company LLC). Instead of a certificate of authenticity (COA), our customers receive a letter of authenticity (LOA) that guarantees the value of the item for the full purchase price and for that item to pass further testing from companies such as PSA/DNA, JSA and GAI. For more information please click on "Money Backed LOA" link on the navigation bar.

Why is your  letter of authenticity better than any other certificate of authenticity?

Overall answer:
Plain and simple, integrity. I believe that in order for the customer to be happy and the seller to be respected, you have to build a long term relationship. That starts with trust and this website provides a key piece to that long term goal. Integrity is built from years of great customer service, offering authentic items, and realizing that long term return customers are better than a short term, one time only deal. Lastly, providing a website that hosts all LOA's issued to customers provides a reliability and bond with the customer and dealer.

Authentication answer:
I have been studying autographs for years and will only issue LOA's with items that I believe are 125% authentic and passible by the companies names above. I currently have a library of over 25,000 pre-authenticated images from PSA/DNA that I use as a reference when I make my decision to issue an LOA. Finally, that library is growing and will continue to grow as I work towards completing www.autographreference.com.

Reassurance answer:
Finally, my LOA's have all of my contact information, this website as a reference, and the money back guarantee. Most COA's have the name of the issuing storefront or name of the seller and little or no contact information. How are you suppose to get ahold of the seller? As a collector, if you receive a COA with very little information on it, what does that tell you about the seller and item's authenticity that you've just bought? The item is most likely a forgery and secondly that the seller isn't willing to assume the responsibility of refunding the customers payment.

I appreciate all of my customers and I believe that this is the least I can do for them. Please contact me with any questions about my LOA's or general questions.

Kind Regards,
